Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer for Grand Forks AFB, ND to oversee construction projects from planning to closeout.

You will manage project plans, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, and act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Strong PM experience with federal construction, USACE exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong PM skills with leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors; serve as primary client contact.
• Review contract documents for schedule compliance and reasonability.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement quality control to meet specifications and standards.
• Prepare monthly project reports and progress updates.
• Mentor team members and support contract negotiations and administration.
