Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer to oversee all construction project phases from planning through closeout at Minot AFB, ND.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, manage schedules, budgets, and client communications, and ensure quality control and regulatory compliance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of PM experience, with PMP preferred and federal project familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years Construction Project Management experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience with Federal Construction projects, particularly USACE, is preferred.
• Strong PM leadership and ability to motivate teams.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to create presentation materials and deliver presentations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact.
• Review contract documents for schedule compliance.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Implement quality control measures to meet specs.
• Conduct inspections and audits for quality issues.
• Evaluate contractor plans and submittals.
• Prepare contract modification documentation.
• Attend meetings with customers and contractors.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Monitor progress and advise on delays.
