Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee construction projects from planning to execution at Grand Forks AFB. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field and a minimum of 10 years of Construction Project Management experience.

The successful candidate will manage project plans and budgets, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure compliance, and implement quality control. Competitive salary and benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen and pass a federal background review and drug screen.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years Construction Project Management experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience with Federal Construction projects, particularly USACE, is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to execution and closeout.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.
• Prepare correspondence regarding Contractor performance, RFIs, and other technical issues.
