You will serve as the technical source of information for the project, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful execution and on-schedule delivery. The position emphasizes development through the three-step progression, with the Senior level reserved for those with extensive experience on large or complex projects.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology and standards.
• Minimum 3–4 years of related construction engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand the project management plan and change management processes.
• Develop procurement schedules and coordinate submittals with trades.
• Administer contracts, budgets, and cost control within approved budgets.
• Maintain As-built contract documents and close-out requirements.
• Assist with supervision and training of Field Engineers.
• Prepare change orders and log updates for timely delivery.
