Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, seeks an Advanced Project Engineer to lead complex engineering programs within the SGN COE. You will collaborate with world-class engineers, define technology roadmaps, and drive performance improvements across schedules and risks.

This role starts with 90 days in office, then a hybrid schedule with up to 10% travel. You will partner with engineering leadership to deliver navigation system products for defense and commercial markets, leveraging

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline required.
4+ years of experience in design engineering or project leadership.
Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate a diverse team to perform technical execution and risk management for Defense Navigation product line.
Perform customer flow-down requirement analysis and develop test strategy and architecture.
Manage program cost, schedule, WBS, and planning; coordinate with stakeholders.
Provide technical support to Customer Business Managers and Technical Sales Directors.
Support proposals and development of BOEs; schedule and milestone management.
Foster customer relationships and manage risk/opportunity.
