Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Senior Advanced Project Engineer to lead defense navigation programs, owning the technical plan, schedule, and cost performance across components and systems. You will coordinate cross‑location teams, drive design reviews, and engage customers and suppliers within IPTs to ensure milestone success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required.
• MS/PhD in Electrical/Systems Engineering preferred.
• Experience leading multi‑discipline defense/aerospace projects.
• Strong EVMS, budgeting and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems product development with technical leadership, schedule, budget, milestones, and risk management.
• Direct multi‑discipline teams across locations ensuring integrated plans and execution.
• Plan work packages, develop integrated schedules, apply EVMS to control cost/schedule.
• Coordinate design reviews and interface with internal leaders and external customers to drive decisions.
• Engage customers and suppliers within IPTs to align requirements and resolve issues.
