Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Master’s degree in engineering/Construction preferred with relevant site experience.

Responsibilities

• Measure, report and forecast accurate cost and revenue dollars and quantities.
• Review contract documents, drawings and specifications.
• Assist in defining project budget and cost codes with PM.
• Prepare initial budget adjustments for PM review.
• Ensure acquisition of permits through appropriate channels.
• Maintain and update RFI, Change Order and Submittal Logs.
• Support quality control and ensure approved materials are used.
• Draft and submit Change Orders and RFIs per PM approval.
• Approve subcontractor invoices at PM's final approval.
• Review end-of-month billings and develop an effective plan with the superintendent.
• Monitor work to ensure means and methods are followed and effective.
• Maintain project schedule for PM review.
