Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking experienced testing engineers for its Test and Evaluation team. The role focuses on integration, strategy, and execution across hardware and software in autonomous systems, with DoD developmental work and cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates should have DoD experience, strong leadership, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Domestic and international travel, TS clearance eligibility, and a commitment to safety are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related technical discipline and 7+ years test engineering experience.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required for planning and testing.
• Previous experience in software development and autonomous vehicle testing.
• Expertise in DoD test range regulations, spectrum compliance, and DoD acquisitions.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and coordination across teams.
• Experience with agile development tools: Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, GHE, CircleCI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on integration and testing strategies to meet mission autonomy project objectives.
• Coordinate all aspects of testing activities, including personnel, equipment, datalinks, facilities, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide oversight of test and integration efforts at system and subsystem levels.
• Document test plans, procedures, cards, and reports clearly and concisely.
• Plan test events with cross-department teams and lead successful executions.
• Participate in requirements development and design reviews with engineering teams.
• Support safety review boards and test readiness reviews.
• Lead or contribute to RCA teams and related initiatives.
• Create and maintain system documentation such as manuals and checklists.
