Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in test engineering and test management.
• Proven ability to design and execute rigorous testing protocols.
• Strong data analysis skills and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel for testing activities as needed.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret-Level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning, logistics, and issue management with minimal supervision.
• Define and optimize test processes to streamline workflows.
• Support end-to-end test activities: requirements, planning, safety reviews, readiness reviews, execution and reporting.
• Collaborate with capability leads to manage TE validation across programs.
• Manage software and integration test cases for counter-UAS and counter-intrusion systems.
• Deep-dive into Anduril’s Air Defense family of systems with engineering teams.
• Ensure safe work practices per operating procedures.
