Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Projecting Engineering professional to work across development from concept to production readiness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan test events, integrate systems, and drive program execution in a fast-paced defense environment.

You will work with DoD programs, contribute to RCA initiatives, and help establish safe operational procedures while maintaining rigorous test plans and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 7+ years test engineering experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for planning and testing.
• Experience in software development and autonomous vehicle testing.
• Knowledge of DoD test range regulations and spectrum compliance.
• Ability to quickly understand new concepts, organize work, and coordinate complex tasks.
• Experience with agile development tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, GHE, CircleCI).
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience as a test director or test conductor.
• Experience working with the DoD and familiarity with Linux/Unix OS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on integration and testing strategies to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate all aspects of testing activities including personnel, equipment, and facilities.
• Provide oversight of test and integration efforts at system and subsystem levels.
• Communicate test plans, procedures, cards and reports clearly in writing.
• Plan test events with cross-department teams and lead successful execution.
• Participate in requirements development and design reviews with engineering teams.
• Support safety review boards and test readiness reviews.
• Lead or contribute to RCA initiatives and system documentation.
