Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Project Engineer for the Hardware Test Operations team. You will lead test planning, logistics, and issue management for software/hardware interfaces, networking, and diagnostics in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 8+ years in test engineering, strong data analysis, and excellent communication. Occasional travel and ability to obtain US Secret clearance are needed, with equity and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field of engineering.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in test engineering.
• Thorough understanding of test engineering and test management.
• Availability to travel for testing-related activities.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret-Level security clearance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning, logistics, and issue management.
• Define the test process to streamline workflows.
• Support test process execution end-to-end (planning to reporting).
• Liaise with capability leads to update TE validation schedule.
• Manage software and integration test cases for counter-UAS systems.
• Analyze test data and drive product improvements.
• Work safely according to established procedures.
