Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Projecting Engineer to join the Test and Evaluation team. You will be at the intersection of multiple critical teams, contributing from concept through production readiness and helping shape the roadmap for mission autonomy.

The role emphasizes testing strategy, system integration, and collaboration with DoD programs. You will navigate a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and lead or support RCA initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 7+ years test engineering experience.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for planning and testing.
Experience with DoD test range regulations, spectrum compliance, and DoD acquisitions.
Ability to learn quickly and coordinate work phases to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on integration and testing strategies to meet mission autonomy project objectives.
Facilitate and coordinate all aspects of testing activities, including personnel, equipment, datalinks, test facilities, and regulatory compliance.
Provide oversight and guidance of testing at system and subsystem levels.
Communicate test plans, procedures, and reports clearly in writing.
Plan test events with cross-department teams and lead successful execution.
Participate in requirements development and design reviews with engineering teams.
Support safety review boards and test readiness reviews.
Lead or contribute to RCA teams or initiatives.
Create system documentation such as manuals, checklists, and acceptance procedures.
Coordinate project/test progress, interface with program leadership, and manage resources.
