Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited institution.
7+ years of test engineering experience with DoD contexts.
Experience in software development and autonomous vehicle testing.
Strong knowledge of DoD range regulations and spectrum compliance.
Ability to learn quickly, organize work, and solve complex problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership capability.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on integration and testing strategies to meet project objectives.
Coordinate all testing activities including personnel, equipment, data links, facilities, and compliance.
Provide oversight of test and integration efforts at system and subsystem levels.
Prepare and communicate test plans, procedures, cards, and reports.
Plan test events with cross-functional teams and drive execution.
Participate in requirements development and design reviews with engineers.
Support safety reviews and test readiness reviews.
Lead RCA efforts and create system documentation.
Coordinate progress, schedules, and resource management with leadership.
Engage with DoD and government personnel to align goals.
