Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Test & Evaluation professional to lead testing programs for autonomous systems, coordinating surrogate-vehicle experiments and multi-team collaboration. You will design robust test plans, analyze complex data, and drive end-to-end test management to meet mission objectives.

Qualifying candidates have 0–2 years of T&E experience, a technical degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, robotics, or related technical field, or equivalent experience in autonomous systems testing.
• 0-2 years of in-depth T&E experience, preferably with autonomous systems.
• Ability to develop and execute test plans for complex systems within aggressive timelines.
• Experience coordinating and executing complex test events.
• Experience developing metrics and performance dashboards.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams to achieve milestones and deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to engage and communicate with military and government customers.
• Willingness to travel to testing locations and obtain a U.S. Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead T&E test programs from start to finish for development projects.
• Coordinate, plan, and execute test events for mission autonomy capabilities using surrogate vehicles.
• Design and implement test plans for autonomous systems across varied simulated missions.
• Analyze test data to validate performance and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with software/hardware teams and product managers to align test requirements with objectives.
• Drive end-to-end test management and deliver clear reports to teams and leadership.
• Coordinate with private and government partners to test systems and ensure objectives are met.
• Communicate effectively with government leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Develop into a leader capable of managing multiple projects.
