RTX, a leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a Senior Project Engineer to support the MSEN organization. You will coordinate across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and program management while managing risk, changes, schedules and budgets throughout the product lifecycle.

You will own part-level CIPT responsibilities, drive cross-functional problem solving, and participate in executive reviews.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and 5 years of experience, or an Advanced degree with 3 years of experience in engineering, aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or related field.

Mansioni

• Coordinate engineering, operations, supply chain, finance and program management activities.
• Own part-level CIPT ownership; manage risks, changes and schedules to meet program commitments.
• Lead engineering change execution, risk assessments and mitigation planning across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with SIPT/IPMT and senior management on reviews and presentations.
• Monitor IPT budgets, schedules, technical performance and business metrics.
