WSP USA is seeking a Regional Project Delivery Director – Transportation to provide regional leadership for commercial strategy, pricing discipline, and governance across the Transportation portfolio. You will oversee proposals from inception to completion, drive margin preservation, and align delivery practices with corporate strategy and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in project delivery and enterprise-level leadership.
• Strong understanding of contractual frameworks and project lifecycles.

Aufgaben

• Provide regional leadership for commercial strategy, pricing discipline, and governance across the Transportation portfolio with a sustained focus on margin preservation.
• Own and lead pricing strategy for priority and high-risk pursuits, including price-to-win development.
• Set the strategic vision for the delivery function and oversee cross-functional initiatives that support execution excellence.
• Oversee implementation of project delivery standards and alignment across functions and markets.
• Lead and support bid reviews, contract reviews, readiness reviews, and project reviews.
• Act as a player-coach, engaging directly in complex pursuits and at-risk projects as needed.
• Provide oversight on contractual risk, change management, and recovery planning.
