Dematic is seeking a senior-level project manager for a new initiative. The role leads large-scale projects with $100M+ value and requires 50%+ travel across the United States and Canada.

You will partner with the Contract Manager, Project Controller, and Lead Engineer to translate customer requirements into defined scope and tasks, while ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. This position interacts with executive leadership and internal stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex projects from start to finish with significant business impact.
• Partner with Contract Manager, Project Controller and Lead Engineer to define scope.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time, on budget and with quality.
• Own customer communication, documentation and deliverables including specs and plans.
• Schedule Contract Review meetings during Kick-Off phase.
• Manage contract changes post-sales turnover with Contract Manager support.
• Collaborate with Project Planner to build and maintain project plan using established methods.
• Oversee project budget, schedule and variances throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Service and external Customer at close-out.
