Job summary

Dematic Corp. is seeking a Senior Project Director to lead complex projects from inception through close-out across multiple U.S. sites. The role emphasizes meeting customer deliverables, achieving internal KPIs, and strategic stakeholder alignment.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams, with significant interaction with executive leadership and a requirement for extensive travel.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record delivering large-scale projects ($100M+)
• Willingness to travel 50%+ across US and Canada
• Strong ability to translate customer requirements into executable scope and tasks

Responsibilities

• Partner with Contract Manager, Project Controller, Lead Engineer and core team to define project scope and tasks.
• Be accountable for customer communications, documentation, and deliverables including Functional Design Specifications, drawings and Acceptance Test Plans.
• Schedule Contract Review meetings as part of the Project Kick-Off phase.
• Review and manage contract changes post-sales turnover with support from Contract Manager.
• Collaborate with Project Planner to build and maintain the project plan and schedule.
• Oversee project budget, schedule, and changes with variance management.
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Service and the external customer at close-out.
