Reporting to senior leadership, the role offers significant autonomy, global collaboration and opportunities to shape governance, client relationships and capability development across Worley’s project delivery portfolio.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading major capital projects and delivery organizations.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and develop future leaders.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen across contracting models.
• Deep knowledge of project controls, scheduling, estimating and risk management.
• Experience across geographies and cultures.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• PM certifications or registrations highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of project management professionals.
• Provide oversight across a portfolio of major projects from initiation to close-out.
• Drive safe project execution and champion HSE culture.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Support growth via proposals, strategy and customer engagement.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and financial performance.
• Oversee project controls, scheduling, estimating and cost management.
• Lead complex EPC and EPCM projects across multi-cultural environments.
• Contribute to strategic planning and capability development.
