Qualifications

• University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Certified Program Management Professional by a globally recognized project management organization (IPMA, APM, PMI, AIPM).

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of project management professionals, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Provide oversight and direction across a portfolio of major projects, ensuring delivery excellence from initiation through to close-out.
• Drive safe project execution and champion a strong health, safety and environmental culture.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Support business growth through proposal development, project execution strategy and customer engagement activities.
• Ensure robust project governance, risk management, commercial oversight and financial performance.
• Oversee project controls, scheduling, estimating and cost management processes.
• Lead the successful execution of complex EPC and EPCM projects across multi-cultural and global environments.
• Contribute to strategic planning, resource management and organizational capability development.
