Southland Industries is seeking a senior project leadership professional to manage large project teams and multiple projects. You will staff teams, conduct performance appraisals, and serve as the primary contact for project teams.

Responsibilities include delivering status updates to clients and leadership, sustaining strong client relationships, pursuing revenue opportunities, and mentoring the project staff with effective coaching.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year degree in Engineering or applicable experience.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience with at least 5 years in people management.
• Mastery knowledge of systems design (HVAC, plumbing) and design engineering aspects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.

Aufgaben

• Manage a large project team or multiple project teams, staffing and performance appraisals.
• Provide project status updates to client and leadership.
• Maintain client relationships and source opportunities for revenue.
• Develop and implement project strategies and manage budgets, costs, and revenue projections.
• Participate in project meetings and mentor the team with coaching.
