Concrete Strategies, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to oversee all projects, with responsibility for project financials, profitability, and change orders. The role includes mentoring Project Managers and Engineers and ensuring optimal resource scheduling across the company.

Key duties include cost reporting, contract reviews, value development, and active involvement inbuy-out and vendor evaluation, while maintaining strong GC relations and cost projections.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in construction management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering recommended.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with adaptable style.
• Experience leading project teams and relationships with external entities.
• Strong sense of urgency and energetic work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing/reviewing cost spread and cost projections.
• Contract/subcontract review and evaluation.
• Developing schedule of values.
• Vendor evaluation and project buy-out participation.
• Early project planning including sequencing and resource planning.
• Weekly project reviews with the project team.
• Monthly Directors meeting attendance.
• Mentor PMs/PEs/Operations staff.
