Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction science management or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of field and leadership experience considered.
• Extensive experience in mechanical construction and project leadership (15+ years).

Responsibilities

• Oversee project start-up, including estimate review and procurement.
• Direct project control and scheduling to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Establish objectives and performance standards within company policy.
• Manage profitability and relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Review submittals and contracts; coordinate safety programs and site safety reviews.
• Develop and monitor CPM schedules and resource plans.
• Lead project closeout, QA/QC, commissioning and warranty.
• Mentor project teams and document lessons learned.
