Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and leadership for the project lifecycle across all phases.
• Leads safety culture and incident investigations; mentors staff.
• Develops and implements strategy, planning and budgets for the work program.
• Manages client relationships at leadership level to build opportunities.
• Negotiates change orders and manages risk and profitability.
• Oversees subcontractor strategy, selection and collaboration.
• Leads preconstruction discussions with clients and partners.
• Oversees project schedule and resource allocation to meet commitments.
