Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Nashville seeks a Project Director to provide leadership for the assigned work program across all project phases. You will drive operational excellence, financial management, and risk mitigation while aligning with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

You will lead safety culture, subcontractor strategy, client relationships, and cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, on-budget results across complex projects in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• 15+ years construction management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead multiple large projects and teams.
• Willingness to travel and to work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead project lifecycle across phases and drive planning.
• Ensure safety leadership and risk management.
• Manage client relationships and contracts.
• Oversee subcontractor strategy and procurement.
• Oversee project schedules and resources.
