Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 15+ years construction management experience (preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years people management experience (required).
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple large or complex projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and leadership for the assigned project across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Leads safety culture and implements corrective actions as needed.
• Supports strategy development and policy implementation for the work program.
• Builds and maintains client relationships at leadership level to drive new opportunities.
