Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project scheduling and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mitigates risks on site.
• Manages prestart checklist, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Oversees subcontractor buyout, pricing, and scope alignment.
• Maintains project schedule and lean execution practices.
• Coordinates with stakeholders and communicates project status.
