Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Missouri is seeking a Manager, Project Designer to act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, implement workplace strategy, and lead design associates.

The role requires a degree in Architecture or Interior Design, 5–8 years’ experience in design/space planning, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; experience with CAFM tools is a plus. You will develop test fits, set standards, and produce final documents for client approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program.
• 5–8 years in interior design, architecture or space planning or a mix.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and CAD proficiency.
• Experience with CAFM software and space programming knowledge.
• Ability to read construction documents and develop space layouts.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for the account and manage design teams.
• Create test fits and propose workplace improvements.
• Deliver standards and align with client business needs.
• Develop space solutions and present to clients.
• Maintain CAFM data and organize project files.
