Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Designer to develop documents, drawings, and diagrams aligning with client goals. The role will formulate space plans, select finishes, and prepare contract documentation for pricing and installation.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in Architecture or Interior Design, with 1+ years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD/REVIT. Strong communication and coordination across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or REVIT and Architectural Desktop.
• Ability to read construction documents and sign off on designs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary space plans and sketches integrating client needs.
• Ensure plans meet safety, functionality and aesthetic requirements.
• Select colors, materials and finishes to convey concept and lifecycle criteria.
• Specify furniture, fixtures and millwork and prepare contract docs.
• Coordinate with allied design professionals and manage project docs.
