Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager, Project Designer to serve as the primary liaison for designated accounts, implementing workplace strategy and standards. You will manage and mentor design staff and collaborate with CRE teams to deliver high-quality, compliant space solutions.

Responsibilities include developing test fits, presenting space concepts, and ensuring documentation meets health, safety, and code requirements. Strong client service and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution (NCIDQ a plus).
• 5–8 years’ experience in interior design, architecture and/or space planning or related fields.
• Proficient with AutoCAD; REVIT a plus.
• Proficient with or able to learn CAFM software such as Serraview, Manhattan, Center Stone, Planon, Archibus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for account(s).
• Implement workplace strategy and standards for clients.
• Manage and support design associates on assigned accounts.
