Job summary

Role requires 10+ years in product design with hands-on DFM/DFA, GD&T, and mentor experience. Collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams is essential to drive production readiness and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Typically 10+ years of progressive product-design experience with DFM/DFA.
• Demonstrated success in releasing manufacturable, tested, and documented products.

Responsibilities

• Define product architecture, modularity, and technical standards.
• Lead DFM/DFA, large-assembly, weldment, sheet-metal, machining, GD&T reviews.
• Own design verification, controlled changes, and BOM accuracy.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering for production readiness.
• Mentor Levels 1–3 through reviews and standards development.
