Job summary
Real Staffing is seeking a Project Engineer to lead and support the development, execution, and delivery of complex product initiatives. This role blends technical problem-solving with robust project coordination across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, regulatory, and operations.
You will drive projects from concept through production and launch, applying Agile/Scrum practices where appropriate and ensuring design reviews and documentation meet milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 3+ years in product development, manufacturing engineering, or project engineering.
- Understanding of product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
- Experience with design verification/validation activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional product development projects from concept to production.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risks, and milestones.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Operations.
- Support product development activities across development lifecycle.
- Contribute to technical discussions and design reviews.
- Support verification and validation activities and documentation.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment.
