Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to coordinate activities and maintain plans and documents.
• Facilitate communication among project teams to ensure efficient execution.
• Support development of project, resource, and staffing plans.
• Track and report progress, addressing issues proactively.
• Ensure results meet technical, schedule, cost, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance and suggest schedule, cost, or resource adjustments.
• Assess impact of changes on status, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate deliverables and essential project documents with stakeholders.
• Lead and control project activities aligned with organizational goals.
• Travel as needed to support meetings and deliverables.
