The role focuses on maintaining project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring clear communication across diverse teams. You will manage complex, multi-year initiatives spanning Finance, HR, Engineering, Legal, and Operations, including construction and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with Project Managers and maintain plans and documentation.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among project teams for efficient execution.
• Support development of project, resource, and staffing plans and secure required resources.
• Track and report progress; address issues proactively.
• Ensure results meet requirements for quality, reliability, schedule, cost and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor performance and suggest schedule, cost, or resource adjustments.
• Assess impact of changes on status, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive consensus in decision-making.
• Develop and execute key deliverables, presentations, and essential documents.
• Lead project activities to align with organizational goals.
• Flexibly support meetings and deliverables across the service territory.
