Job summary

The role involves partnering with Operations, reviewing budgets, monitoring billing, maintaining internal controls, and supporting audits and month-end close, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and work across SAP/Textura platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management or related field; 3+ years in related role.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience; at least 1 year as project accountant.
• Knowledge of GAAP and company policies.
• Strong communication and analytic skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis to drive project outcomes and manage complex contracts.
• Review budgets with Operations and reflect risk in owner contracts.
• Monitor billing and accounts receivable and escalate issues.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting for projects.
• Coordinate with AP for vendors and subcontractors and ensure tax compliance.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and support audits.
• Attend on-site meetings and budget reviews.
