Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar coordinating role.

• Experience with Gmail, Outlook, Calendar, and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities for an R&D team.
• Complete purchase requests and track progress through each stage of procurement.
• Elevate cases with cross-functional partners as needed.
• Work with external vendors to resolve procurement, logistics, and invoicing issues.
• Identify recurring issues and document improvements.
• Coordinate hiring requests and scheduling of interviews for contingent workers.
• Manage communication for contingent worker engagements requests.
• Gather information from stakeholders to aid management decisions.
• Prepare status updates and other documentation.
• Unblock hiring roadblocks with Operations Program Manager; track escalations.
