Job summary

itD is seeking a Project Coordinator III to support fast-paced engineering programs by coordinating project workstreams, tracking milestones, and managing international logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, logistics, engineering development coordination, and Jira, with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and stakeholders across time zones.

Location: Redmond, WA – Hybrid. Pay Rate: $54/hr DOE.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in project or program coordination/management.
• 3+ years of project/program management experience, including development scheduling and resource planning.
• Hands-on experience with international shipping, receiving, and logistics; experience supporting logistics in Asia preferred.
• Experience using Jira for engineering development and project tracking.
• Experience constructing work breakdown structures and project schedules, building schedules from the ground up without a baseline.
• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, suppliers, deliverables, and changing program priorities.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to collect information, monitor progress, and maintain documentation.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to work with engineering, logistics, finance, purchasing, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering workstreams across program managers, technical leads, engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Track project schedules, milestones, prototypes, deliverables, actions, and dependencies using Jira and project-tracking tools.
• Manage international shipping, receiving, logistics, and shipment tracking for engineering samples and hardware across global regions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, status dashboards, and development artifacts for reviews.
• Coordinate with external development partners and suppliers on tasks, SOWs, proposals, quotations, PO's, and deliveries.
• Partner with finance and purchasing to support supplier onboarding, procurement, and delivery tracking.
• Maintain accurate project records and proactively identify schedule risks and delivery issues.
