Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Director of Integration by coordinating project activities from inception through completion. You will assist with day-to-day tasks, maintain the work plan, and facilitate meetings to ensure projects stay on scope, time, and cost targets.

The role requires 1–3 years in project coordination or management, strong Excel skills, and effective communication with cross-functional teams. PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• Able to pass pre-employment assessments

Responsibilities

• Support integration projects from a coordination perspective
• Develop new systems, techniques and procedures for planning, reporting, issue resolution, risk management and budget tracking
• Maintain ongoing workplans and monitor overall project health
• Review master schedule and resolve inter-functional conflicts
• Lead or participate in daily, weekly or monthly project meetings and report status
• Track project costs against budgets
