Core & Main, a leading distributor of infrastructure solutions, seeks a capable Project Coordinator/Manager to drive project plans from inception to completion. You will coordinate activities, maintain workplans, facilitate meetings, and publish status reports, ensuring scope, time, quality, and cost constraints are met.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in project coordination or management, plus strong Excel skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old at hire.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments if applicable.
• PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required based on experience.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate project activities from inception through completion and support integration leaders with day-to-day tasks.
• Develop new systems and procedures for planning, reporting, issue resolution, risk management, and budget tracking.
• Maintain accurate workplans, monitor overall project health, and drive report outs.
• Review plans for compliance with the master schedule and resolve inter-functional conflicts.
• Participate in or lead daily, weekly, or monthly meetings and track project status.
