Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a Project Coordinator to help plan and coordinate projects from inception through completion, ensuring scope, quality, time and cost constraints are met.

You will report to the Director of Integration, assist with workplan maintenance, meetings, status reporting and budget tracking, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in coordination/PM roles and strong Excel and communication skills. PMP preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• PMP certification preferred but not required based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Integration and supports all integration projects.
• Develop new systems and procedures for planning, reporting and risk management.
• Maintain workplans, track budgets, and coordinate meetings.
• Review plans for compliance with the master schedule and resolve conflicts.
• Lead or participate in daily, weekly or monthly meetings and report status.
