Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a Project Coordinator to develop and manage project plans, coordinate activities from inception to completion, and assist integration leaders with day-to-day tasks.

The role requires 1–3 years of project coordination or management experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. PMP certification is a plus. This position reports to the Director of Integration and supports multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• BS/BA in related discipline required.
• 1–3 years of project coordination or project management experience preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Strong Excel skills are required.
• Empathetic communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans and coordinate project activities.
• Assist integration leaders with day-to-day tasks and publish status reporting.
• Track project costs against budgets and monitor schedule health.
• Review plans and schedules for master schedule alignment and resolve conflicts.
• Participate in or lead daily/weekly/monthly meetings to track progress.
• Report to the Director of Integration and support execution of projects.
