Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the Chino Basin Improvement Program from planning through closeout. You will work with PMs, consultants, and internal teams on documentation, invoicing, and cost tracking.

The role requires strong MS 365 skills, SAP/ERP experience, and a focus on accurate records, reporting, and governance across multiple projects. Onsite four days a week with client engagement is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in project coordination or administration for engineering, construction, or capital improvement projects.
• Experience supporting multiple projects and project managers, including contract/procurement docs and cost tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ERP/financial systems; familiarity with project management/document control systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized project coordination and administrative support for CBP engineering and construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate documentation, financial transactions, reporting, meetings, records, and deadlines with project teams.
• Maintain project trackers, action items, deadlines, status information, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Support preparation, routing, tracking, and administration of service agreements, contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
