Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, advertising, communications, and/or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of professional work experience within a life sciences advertising agency.
• Product launch experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and MacOS operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned workstreams and maintain timelines, deliverables, and next steps across PM tools.
• Effectively communicate project status and next steps to stakeholders.
• Forecast potential issues and provide actionable solutions.
• Maintain internal job numbers, billing rates, and workflows in the routing platform.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to agency processes and client procedures.
