Our Client in New Jersey seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare strategy programs across health systems, communities, and cultures. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are executed on time and within scope, blending strategy, data analytics, and equity to drive real impact.

This role collaborates with data, community engagement, and clinical trial teams to translate insights into actionable decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or related field; PMP certification a plus.
• PharmD or an equivalent advanced clinical degree required.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality execution of project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Consult to refine project strategies that drive measurable business impact.
• Develop and maintain project plans with timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Manage day-to-day project execution and tracking.
• Oversee budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial adherence.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as main point of contact.
• Collaborate with data and insights teams to translate metrics into decisions.
• Communicate progress and changes to leadership and clients.
