Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, development, review, and management of all project components.
• Route projects between teams and obtain internal approvals.
• Provide daily verbal and written communication with stakeholders to track progress.
• Develop project timelines based on scope and keep them updated.
• Organize project files and share links to team members as needed.
• Prepare daily hot sheets with deliverables and due dates.
• Create weekly internal status reports and recaps.
• Organize internal meetings and assist with external meeting arrangements.
• Understand the big picture to anticipate issues and manage timelines.
• Assist in developing kick-off materials and manage content/assets per client systems.
• Assist with pulling weekly finance reports for account team.
• Coordinate with external vendors as needed.
• Support account team with special projects and client deliverables.
• Execute administrative responsibilities with accuracy and timeliness.
