Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Operations, or a related field required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of project coordination, project management, operations, or related experience.
• Experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience with PM tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Jira.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action plans, and status reports.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track actions.
• Support resource planning and workload management for projects.
• Serve as primary contact for project communications with stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute project updates, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives.
• Maintain documentation and track budgets and expenses as needed.
