Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, PM, operations, or related field.
  • PM certification (PMP or CAPM) or equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years of project coordination/PM experience.
  • Experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with PM tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Jira.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid PM methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, action plans, and status reports.
  • Monitor progress and identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and track action items.
  • Support project managers in resource planning and workload management.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project communications.
  • Prepare and distribute project updates, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
  • Escalate concerns and risks to leadership as appropriate.
  • Maintain project documentation, files, and records per standards.
  • Track project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with PM methodologies and processes.
  • Support audit, reporting, and governance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and reporting.
  • Recommend and implement best practices to increase efficiency.
  • Assist in developing PM templates, procedures, and training materials.
  • Mentor and guide junior project coordinators and team members.

Summary Of Objective

The Senior Project Coordinator supports the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects across the organization.   • Experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
