Job summary

Newmark is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through delivery, serving as the primary client liaison and ensuring fiduciary and schedule compliance. The role requires coordination across operations, security, and IT to meet scope, time, and budget targets.

You will drive kickoff and closeout meetings, monitor changes, and manage administrative tasks such as minutes, purchases, and invoices, while maintaining strong client communication and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; ideally in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or Facilities Management.
  • 7–9 years related experience preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong budgetary, fiscal and expense management skills.
  • Understanding and knowledge of applicable regulations to ensure compliance.
  • MS Project scheduling and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor all phases of a project and address changes to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Organize and lead project kickoff and closeout meetings with client and contractors; liaison to operations, security, and IT.
  • Assess project needs and resources to ensure successful completion.
  • Ensure client schedule and budget objectives are met through site inspections and recommendations.
  • Perform project management administrative activities including meeting minutes, purchase changes, invoices, and status updates.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
