Job summary

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a Project Coordinator III in Redmond, WA to support a fast-paced engineering and hardware development environment. You will coordinate workstreams with Program Managers, Technical Leads, Engineers, and external partners, and manage schedules, milestones, and documentation.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in project management, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and strong Jira and logistics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of program/project management experience.
• Experience constructing work breakdown structures for development schedules.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage workstreams with PMs, leads, and engineers.
• Track prototype builds, milestones, and deliverables.
• Utilize Jira to track development activities.
• Coordinate international shipping, receiving, and logistics.
• Maintain project documentation and dashboards.
