Job summary

UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to organize activities around the project cycle and drive cost savings on assigned projects.

The role involves direct customer contact and manages projects from initial requests through to completion, with travel up to 25% and residency in Southern California. Responsibilities include coordinating ERP-based project data, supporting the PM team, and maintaining schedules.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in administrative/project coordination, preferably in consumer environments.
• Proven ability to create and maintain spreadsheets with MS Excel.
• Understanding of ERP fundamentals preferred.
• Ability to work independently while multi-tasking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize activities surrounding the project cycle.
• Monitor each project from order entry to completion.
• Maintain and update project information through ERP and related systems.
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries to meet customer delivery dates.
• Provide customer service and day-to-day maintenance on small accounts.
